If I can give zero stars I would. I spoke with the person and explained to him it’s two hundred inches and very big U sectional sofa, on the day of the appointment one man comes with a craftsman industrial vacuum I paid almost 500 dollars and it was never soaked properly he had a hard time moving the sofa and I had to tell r u going to touch the back of the sofa otherwise he didn’t plan on touching it but all he did was dry vaccum the back.
