Do not see this doctor if you are injured, workers comp and if you legitimately are suffering and need care. This doctor was dismissive, rude, didn't review chart before seeing patient, lacked awareness of administrative things etc. Do not like writing public reviews, but if it can save someone else from unnecessary nonsense, then its for greater good.
I had a great experience working with Dr Cottrol over the course of the past year working to address various mental health concerns. She was extremely knowledgeable about the multiple available prescription options and worked patiently with me to discover the right ones that worked for me. Dr Cottrol's impact on my improving mental health has been immeasurable and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone without reservation!

Had a new patient appointment arrived 12 minutes late and doctor refused to see me. I am pregnant and in pain and “office manager” was not helpful whatsoever and claimed that the doctor would not speak to me. Worse medical staff ever and dumbest policy ever will not reschedule nor recommend anyone to this establishment! Avoid coming here!
