had a great experience at cotterle Diagnostic Centre in Brampton. The staff were very kind and helpful. They guided me well when my papers were incomplete and made sure my ultrasound went smoothly. Highly recommended!”
Staff are very emotionless. Zero customer service skills. Dosnt even send the ultrasounds to family doctor. Will not return. Didn't even let the father in to see the ultrasound. But watched 2 other fathers go in to see the ultrasound.
We always have a great experience at Cottrelle Diagnostic X-ray and Ultrasound. The staff are incredibly accommodating and kind. Since we drive two hours to see our doctor, it’s such a relief that when we stop by for an ultrasound or X-ray, they always welcome us with a smile—even without an appointment. That warm and helpful attitude truly makes all the difference. Thank you!
