Cost me a tyre. I was not thinking after after they'd done a wheel alignment on my vehicle but didn't give me the technical sheet that are usually given. I noticed problems straight away and a front tyre was quickly scrubbed, right through the steel belting . was a near new tyre too. They don't do it properly. My experience was the exact opposite to the previous reviewer when our Mazda BT50, with a camper on the tray, broke down remotely near Bombala and was towed by NRMA to Cottrell Toyota. Rather than fix the BT50 they told me they think the fuel pump is the problem but they couldn't fix it and charged me $275 for pulling off a fuel line and turning the motor over and checking that current was getting to the fuel pump with a multi-metre. Extremely accommodating. Friendly service.
Very friendly and helpful staff, got me out of trouble when I needed their help. The alternative was towing my Toyota back to Sydney. Much better customer experience compared with big Toyota dealerships.
