I have been a patient since about 1995. I have always been treated with respect. The staff has always been nice and friendly. I haven't felt lime I was just a number or dollar signs. Over the years Dr. Cottrell has had other doctors in the practice and they all were caring and friendly. If you felt any type of discomfort or pain during the procedure they would stop and give more novacaine.
