The owner of the condo I rented was excellent. The pool was great for my daughter and myself...quiet albeit at times stoic and mostly friendly neighborhood.
Good place and inside of condos is so nice
The worst management I've ever seen, and don't even live there. Found a listing on KSL for a condo, contacted the manager asking about setting up a tour and the only thing he first replied was, "What is your credit score?" Arrived there for a tour, was pretty confused which was building was the office, wasn't marked at all and didn't wanna disturb any residents. I asked a guy working outside if he was maintenance, he didn't even look at me and he said no. But funny how he had keys to a maintenance closet and everything. I te... read more
