**Update**Added a few pictures to show how beautiful this apartment is. I am grateful to be here. Reedhouse is a calm and beautiful place to live! I would recommend. I’ll list the pros and cons of what I’ve experienced so far. Hopefully this is helpful. Pros: the complex is beautiful, full of trees, pond views and river views. I love this apartment. Location can't be beat. Vera is phenomenal and has been the best thing to happen to Reedhouse.
I've lived at the Reedhouse for many years and it's such an awesome spot. The Nature right outside your door is a luxury. Vera is a wonderful property manager who is kind and gets things done. We couldn't be more lucky to have this location and the staff.
Not a great place if you have animals. I hate leaving bad reviews and I never do but my dog got sick while we’re living here from a mold issue they have in the apartments. I guess maybe there’s not much they can do, the apartments are old and lots of moisture in the air being so close to the river. But the front offfice didn’t do anything to resolve the issue so that’s the reason for the low review. They make enough money to fix these issue and should not happen for the health and safety of tenants.
