Not a great place if you have animals. I hate leaving bad reviews and I never do but my dog got sick while we’re living here from a mold issue they have in the apartments. I guess maybe there’s not much they can do, the apartments are old and lots of moisture in the air being so close to the river. But the front offfice didn’t do anything to resolve the issue so that’s the reason for the low review. They make enough money to fix these issue and should not happen for the health and safety of tenants.
Update: we moved out 8 months ago and now have *fees* that need to be paid. We never got any notice until the debt collector called us. Wonder how long they will keep trying to charge us fees….
Visited recently to look at the property for a friend who’s moving into town. I had a great experience working with Evan, who was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had (and there were a lot). Definitely recommend working with him!
From the minute I visited Reedhouse, I was greeted with friendly faces and the best vibe! Evan was so helpful in getting me set up in a quick and professional manor and I can’t wait to enjoy my new home!
I love Reed House. Evan and Vera are extremely helpful and kind. It feels like home immediately. The location and views are perfect. Zak and Jon are prompt, professional and helpful. Pool party was a great idea. I highly recommend Reed House.
