We couldn’t be happier with our experience at the Reedhouse Apartments in Boise. From the moment we toured the property, we knew it was something special. The apartments are beautifully designed with modern finishes, the grounds are peaceful and meticulously maintained, and the location couldn’t be better. Wow! I used to live here years ago and am moving back in. The place looks amazing they have done so much to it. Everything just looks so good I'm so happy to come back and call it home again. We toured a 2b/2b unit at which point I paid a deposit to hold the unit while my application was approved. I was given a move-in date of 30 days and an address. A week later, the manager told me that my unit would not be ready and I had to move immediately into a 2b/1b unit for $75 less - or I would not have a home. I had already given notice at my current home and could not retract because they had notified the next person on the waitlist and did not want to break their word. I have lived at Reedhouse apartments for the past two years. It was during a very pivotal and challenging time in my life. Evan and Vera provided so much support and made the transition so extraordinary. The customer service that they provide is second to none always answering every question or concern in a very timely manner.
