Really great experience with Dr. Micheletti. I took my 11 month old boxer here because I was not able to get in anywhere else quickly and my puppy needed prompt care as she was suffering with a secondary infection post a viral cold. Dr. Micheletti was kind, caring and extremely thorough and understanding during this appointment, she did not recommend unnecessary tests which a lot of vets do to make more money (sadly) Very happy with her care for our Reyla who hopefully won’t be back for this same issue and is on the mend. Friendly staff and much better options for pricing when compared to other vet clinics. However I had a rather unfortunate incident happen at this clinic where I decided to go with the ear tattoo, instead of the chip. I was unaware of the size and placement of the ear tattoo and now, my pure white and pink cat has a bold, prominent black tattoo on her ear that I view as an ugly stain. From the first phone call to visits, I am so grateful we recently found a clinic in Chilliwack that really cares about my pet's well being and health. I feel comfortable and confident that they are helping me assist in the best care for my beloved pet. They are compassionate about animals and are knowledgeable and don't mislead you to put your pet's health in harm's way. So truly happy we found this clinic.
Our dog injured his foot while we were passing through Chilliwack on a road trip and was very distressed. Cottonwood Vet Clinic was very responsive and compassionate when we called for help. They acted immediately, took us in right away and gave our dog the help he needed. All the staff who helped, from reception and technicians to vet were thorough, professional, personable, communicative and very kind. Feeling very grateful for the staff at this clinic. I was stranded waiting for my vehicle at a mechanic shop on a very hot day. I had my dog with me and trying to keep him cool while we had to stand out and wait was becoming a struggle. They welcome us into the clinic provided water, treats and lots of love for Bernardo. The staff here clearly care about animals and about what they do. Big thanks to everyone at this clinic.
