They prioritized the buyers’ interests instead of representing their client. They neglected to address an issue until less than 2 days before closing and then forced another $1,000 out of me in a way that wasn’t backed by contractural obligations or the law. They refused to show evidence that what the buyers were asking was legal, and they did the bare minimum in walking me through settlement documents.
