These guys (Bob and Zak) are great. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and hard working. If your looking for a sold, secure storm door or railing for your home this is the place to go. Two thumbs up.
This is from 3 years ago, and I apologize for that. The work I had done was very expensive, but I think they did a good job. My big complaint is that I had white vinyl fencing on my front porch and before Cottonwood came out, I gave it away to a couple who wanted it. The guy came over and removed it all and took it with him. I believe that Cottonwood had it listed on my bill for 200$ to remove the white fencing. We live in a four story condominium community in downtown slc which housed an unsecured two level parking garage. Both levels of our garage had open access to foot traffic from all four sides. Theft, vandalism, break-ins, and homeless squatting had become a huge issue for us! Cottonwood Security and Ornamental Iron were fantastic in assisting us to secure our problematic garages. In 2011 we purchased a storm dorm for the front of our house. It's been a great door and wanted one for our back door. In 2022 we saw them at the home show and liked their Larson Hide-a-screen option for our back door. Fast forward to May 5, 2023. The screen was pulling out in the lower right corner. Emailed about our warranty and they said it was still covered under warranty but I would have to pay $80 for them to come out and reinstall the replacement screen. I had them come and replace it.
