Tenants of Cottonwood Broadway, a building that's 2 years old, got a surprise coming home 2/27/25 to find notices on our doors telling us our building had been sold to a company with multiple lawsuits & a horrible track record. No warning whatsoever from Cottonwood Residential. No discussion of what that transition is going to look like. Then come to find out this new company is hiring a yet another company, Avenue5, to manage our building. They have an even worse track record & are involved in lawsuits around the country. Awesome people! Great company!
I have been trying to get a hold of their upper level management for a month now , since the manager at my apartment complex ( foxpoint in old farm ) is incompetent to deal with a noisy neighbor and I have not heard anything back . No phone call or email has been answered and the noisy neighbor has driven the entire neighborhood crazy . I am miserable and don’t know what to do .
Do not move into anything with Cottonwood residential company. Especially cottonwood broadway. The property manager sunny will never try to make things right or even interact or call you to resolve anything, idk why she's in this role. In fact the regional as well Merinda M will also not respond to your emails along side with the management team. Even sent in a complaint directly to cottonwood residential themselves and absolutely no response. Do not expect anything from this company. I'm sure they'll respond with call us at... read more
