By far, the most customer and people centric company I have had the pleasure of working for. To say that our care factor is high is an understatement. To feel known, seen, heard and supported is rare to find as an associate and Cottonwood does just that!
I love working here—our team is fun, supportive, and surprisingly good at juggling the chaos of multifamily life. There’s always something happening, but we tackle it together and actually make it enjoyable. If you want a place where you can laugh, learn, and get stuff done, this is it.
So far the best experience I’ve had with an apartment community. I currently live at Sugarmont in Salt Lake City in Sugar House. Management has always been super responsive and we have had a great experience so far.
