Dr. Jeffries exemplifies professionalism and kindness in her practice. She thoroughly explained the procedures, potential risks, and subsequent steps with clarity and precision.
The absolute worst when it comes to communication in a timely manner. Had to reschedule a surgery twice. Ended up having to cancel altogether because of their failure to communicate.
Sent me over to my dentist w/a false recovery check could have been detrimental dentist said , had to replace all 6 dental implants, were placed improperly, all levels of jaw bone could not build a prosthesis of 2 years trying. A complete nightmare. If I could rate a no star I would.
Had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT was not in the system. Was told to wait a hr extra got us in cool, 2.5 hrs here already and haven't been helped clearly these other reviews weren't wrong about the service here
I went to Cottonwood Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery twice for Dental Implants, Tooth removal, and Bone Grafting. Before I went to Dr. Jeffries office, the word Dentist gave me anxiety fits. After my surgery with her, I enjoy having treatment at her office. Dr. Jeffries is highly proficient, extremely professional and she has the state-of-the-art equipment to work with.
