Most of the staff were amazing!! However, my 13 year old child woke up in recovery. Parents are not allowed back at all. She was crying and asked where I was. The gal in recovery had the nerve to tell her “if she stops crying she can take her out to see me”. Not the kind of person you want back there with your child. Someone a little more caring needs to be in the recovery room!! Other than her, they were great
My experience with Dr. Joyce was unacceptable, but she has clear bias and discrimination and I feel compelled to warn other families — especially those who rely on Medicaid.
