Great experience for an emergency extractions! Dr. Jeffries is a fantastic surgeon. Experienced, caring. She explained everything. Surgery went very well, quick and healing fast. Her staff is an excellent team from the front office to surgery staff. Great before and aftercare. Says alot about the Doctor. Shout out to Angie for getting me in so quick. . Very reasonable $ for the work I had done. Thanks again Dr. Jeffries and to the whole staff. You guys are the best!!!
It seems that everyone you talk to about tooth extraction with an oral surgeon has a horror story. I went into Cottonwood Oral and Maxilla facial Surgery office worried about what would happen. The staff was extremely competent. They sat me down and did a consultation to explain what would happen, how it would be when I finished and how they would help to make sure it was a pleasant experience. As much as usual. UPDATED PLEASE READ TO WHOLE REVIEW: My experience with Dr. Joyce was unacceptable, but she has clear bias and discrimination and I feel compelled to warn other families — especially those who rely on Medicaid. Our family was referred to Dr. Joyce by Dr. Jorgensen (orthodontist). From the beginning, the experience was filled with unnecessary delays and poor communication.
