Rude on the phone
my son was told his adult teeth were impacted as they were growing to fast to push the baby teeth out and needed 2 teeth removed. he was scared because the last tooth he had pulled that was infected hurt when the freezing needle was put in (not enough topical freezing imo) he wouldn't let the dentist put the needle in, he was rude and not child friendly, my son asked why it hurts and he just said "open your mouth" then got frustrated and left the room after a second attempt of the same result he then said he needed the tooth... read more
Pam my dental hygienist is awesome at her job and a great person as well. I recommend this clinic and Pam for your next dental visit.
One of the best experience with a dentist. My second visit and Rebecca was my hygienist and she was so good. Dr Nazirov was my dentist and he extracted my tooth and there was no pain at all. I highly recommend Cottonwood Mall De tal!
