I recently went to view a home, and I must say Lidia was great. She was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She made the entire visit easy and welcoming. The location is great, and I highly recommend visiting the community for yourself. Lidia truly made a positive impression and represents the community well.

I have nothing but nice words to say. Management is amazing, they really do care about the community. Listen to everyone's concerns and address any issue in a timely manner. I say this as a General Contractor that works with the office on a daily bases. So I can say for a fact that the Property Manager listens to your concerns.
Amazing community that has great amenities, top notch school districts and a convenient location. The property manger and staff care for the families here. Overall, making Cottonwood Grove an affordable option to live in a highly sought after area!
I'm really considering in living here. Lidia was so kind, and had a positive attitude. Had lots of patience while showing me the property, and explaining everything I needed to know... Having manager and tenant communication is a great quality for living there.
