I guess management thinks that residents complain about important issues just to complain. Just to mention a few: Some people from this community drive horribly fast inside of Cottowood. Neighbors have no regards nor care about other properties. One of my neighbors parks so close to my A/C unit and he is really close to hitting it? Who's going to pay for that if it happens?
