This place is a lie they say it's easy to get into they are a tax credit place I'm currently living in a tax credit place they denyed us do to our credit score not being 600 it is 577 sad
Been here for 4 months so far and I love it so much! The complex is very well maintained it’s so peaceful, beautiful, & clean! All of the staff is awesome from the girls in the office to the maintenance men! Whenever I put in a maintenance request it has gotten fixed within 24hours! I have never experienced a management that runs their apartments as good! So happy to have found these apartments and be living here.
OMG! What an amazing apartment complex! I had a tour yesterday afternoon with Ashly Ramirez, and I am so impressed with the entire community!!! The apartment I saw was sooo beautifully done, from the white cabinets ( my favorite) in the spacious kitchen to the most beautiful flooring! I was shocked to see that once I get in there, 🤞🤞🤞, I’ll have a garage not just a carport so there will be much more security when coming home from night events. I just moved into Cottonwood Grove Apartments in Clovis, and so far, my experience has been really positive. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the community itself is quiet and peaceful except for my kids lol.
