Moving in next couple days and I have had nothing but a great experience with the management team. I love the apt and all the amenities this apt has. Moving back to Clovis from Fresno is a big plus for me. Savanna is very communicative with me and keeps me posted about everything. Thank you so much I appreciate all of you. Moved in beginning of April and this place is great. Very quiet every one stays to them selves. Huge Thank you to Savanna for everything. She’s great and I appreciate all of her help.

Since the change in ownership, the entire staff was replaced despite previous assurances that they would remain. There has been no communication from the new management team—no introduction, no outreach, and no clarity about who is currently running the office. When I recently called, I did not recognize either person who answered. In addition, there are significant safety and maintenance concerns. This place is a lie they say it's easy to get into they are a tax credit place I'm currently living in a tax credit place they denyed us do to our credit score not being 600 it is 577 sad
Been here for 4 months so far and I love it so much! The complex is very well maintained it’s so peaceful, beautiful, & clean! All of the staff is awesome from the girls in the office to the maintenance men! Whenever I put in a maintenance request it has gotten fixed within 24hours! I have never experienced a management that runs their apartments as good! So happy to have found these apartments and be living here.
