I would like to leave no stars but unfortunately I can't.I checked my sister bank account on 03/11/26 & saw were she was double charged and the store where she got her loan from here i Houston said that corporate would not give a refund one of the charges. We've been doing business with you for 10 years and will never do business with you again and will never recommend this company to anyone. Paid off my title loan back in 2020. Went to the DMV to get a new title thinking I just misplaced it. Found out that it still wasn't released. Went to the Cashstore to be told I had a $2k balance, that I paid 5 years ago. The employee that I worked with was apparently fired (potential theft was what I was told) and yet, I still don't have my title! They want me to double pay for it to get it back. Place is a total unethical scam on the less fortunate. They also treat their employees like garbage. If you work your way up to making decent money they simply fire you.
