Ursula was great and she is the only reason for the rating. She shouldn't be penalized for working for the organization. It shoild be zero stars. The service is pretty much robbery but I was over a barrel. I am a 100% Disabled veteran and had no where to turn. I will never use this service again. It would have been cheaper to find an old mob boss or a bookie to borrow money from. At least I would know that I was being screwed over. I will get the word out to other veterans to be aware. Thanks..
