Always helpful and prompt staff! Jenna is a superstar, always doing 45 things at once. Teresa is always attentive and keeps up with learning new things going on in animal medicine! My family had been bringing our furbabies here for decades! Can't reccomend enough!
This vet clinic is not good. The worst thing about them is the vet tech who works up front will not send your pets records to another vet clinic if you want to switch, even if you call and ask her too. I called and she said she would. But the new vet clinic never received them. The new vet clinic I went to said cottonwood is notorious for not wanting to share pet records. This is ridiculous as it is for the benefit of the ANIMAL to share the records and it is illegal to withhold records. She finally sent the records after th... read more
Great service, really good staff.
January 17,2025 I took my male Manx cat in because he was showing all signs of a urinary blockage with crystals. The vet refused my information, telling me he was not blocked. I asked for a different type of test, refused again. He was given antibiotics and anti inflammatories, and sent away. This helped only temporarily, as it did not solve the underlying issue.
