Prescriptions are never filled in a timely manner. This has caused my family pain, extra antibiotics needed, time and energy wasted....I could go on. Have had staff lie right to my face about how much time they said it would take, and then they come back and say twice as long. Great place, if you like incompetence.
RecommendedI absolutely recommend Cottonwood drugs! I have been with them for years now. They have always been extremely helpful and even going out of their way to help me with any problem I may have. And the driver for the pill bug has always been amazing in finding me and making sure I get my medication. Not to mention they are quick to answer the phones haha! Amazing people and amazing service!!
They advertise a “Pill BUG” for delivery but when asked was told they can’t deliver?? If that’s the case they should do away with the Pill Bug come on!!
I appreciate so much the kindness of staff and going the extra mile to help customers. Same day delivery right to the house is amazing in this day and age! You make taking care of my 93 year old father so much easier! Thank you!
