Went into Cottonwood Cyclery today to have some minor maintenance done on my road bike. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the shop seemed to be very well stocked. They began working on my bike immediately and had me out the door in no time! Definitely going back here for all my cycling needs in the future.

Came to Snowbird for a conference and wanted to do some cycling. Let me tell you about Alen and his shop. Could not have been a better experience. He and his staff were very professional. Second day out at the end of climbing emigration canyon, my derailer hanger blew out. His staff fixed the problem, but when it wasn't up to their satisfaction they quickly got me into another carbon frame road bike. No questions asked. The whole experience could not have been better. Was told to check this place out as I was in a bit of a pickle, and they delivered my salvation! My wife's bike had some shock hardware rattle loose and fall off and I made the discovery on a Sunday. Found out they're open on Sunday's, so I gave them a call and explained the problem. They had the piece and installed it free of charge as it was just a bolt.
