The team at Cottonwood were fantastic. In the end, the project did take a bit longer and was a bit more expensive than we had hoped, but the truth is that Cottonwood was great to work with. They cared about details, cared about us as people, and we will absolutely work with them again in the future on any home renovations or building needs that we have.
I used Cottonwood to rebuild after my home was destroyed by the Marshall Fire. Together we built a home that is energy and water efficient, fire resilient and age in place ready. It was recently certified as meeting PHIUS PassiveHouse standards. Throughout the build they were resposive and paid impressive attention to fit and finish.

We worked with Jeff and the Cottonwood team to build our custom home, including complete renovation of an existing bungalow into a guest house, and new construction of the "main house" on our central Boulder property.
