DO NOT TRUST!!!! We reached out to management with no response. Now we have to post our frustrations publicly. Daniele Lockwood would not reply to our email. Dr Peterson could not diagnose a simple case of ear mites and has poor communication skills. We went to Dr. Peterson 3X and all she could say was - “I guess your cat just has dirty ears, keep coming back for me to clean them.” ABSURD! My go to vet! So kind and helpful, even when you bring in your cat that has pooped his entire kennel and self on the way there.
Absolutely the finest animal care around. The staff is friendly, professional and compassionate. Our old pup was at that time we all hate to face. They made this very sad moment much easier to deal with. They gave us as much time as we needed. They were very caring in providing comfort for his last minutes. We have also been a customer for a long time and they always took great care with our dogs, and even a sick chicken one time. Very reasonably priced services. I say they are a five star organization. Highly recommend.
The staff are truly kind and helpful. The wait times are not long and the facilities are very clean.
