Please be aware, Dangerous staffing issues, my mother was here for a short stay "20 days," she needed assistance standing and walking, she also needed assistance going to the restroom, she was often wet through her pants because they were so understaffed , no one responded to call lights for long periods of time, we the family needed to go and look for assistance. We the family was there 90 percent of the time and saw this, 2 times while we were there her meals were not delivered, she has Dementia and would have not known if... read more

The Springs has been a life savor for me. I needed a place for my mom and fast. They were and always have been so kind, willing to help in anyway they keep me informed on everything even before COVID. I can call any time to check up on mom. Mom can not hear so when I come to see thru the window she needs help and they awesome so kind and helpful. I cant say enough about the heroes at The Springs. Everyone goes above and beyond.
