I’ve lived in the neighborhood a year. It’s by far the worst place I’ve lived in my 35 years of home owning. I made the huge mistake of buying, it’s been a disaster since the start. A major clerical error was made by an office manager. They didn’t catch it and I’ve been paying for it ever since. If you have any emergency at all, for example a burst pipe in the dead of winter, they will not send out an emergency repairman.
