The Cottonwood Canyon grilled cheese food truck was exceptional. I think I can confidently say I ate one of the best hot sandwiches of my life in a park in Cedar Falls. Guy working was a one man band, but was serving everyone enthusiastically and grilling the hell out of those cheeses. 11/10 Absolutely stop here if you see them in the wild.

I bought a Grill cheese Sandwich for $12 plus dollars and it was worth maybe $4. I t was WAY overpriced, hindsight I wont buy again! Didn't even have like an over abundance of cheese ratio to bread!
Super cute place! Get a coffee and relax. Our server .....well he told us he wasnt a Barista which was fine but he could have tried a bit harder
