My original review was 5 stars. I bought a lot of their pods over the years and this was one of my go to places when having breakfast and coffee in the Cedar Valley. I find their lack of customer service unappealing so we haven't gone since this issue and won't support their business. I was charged $12 per box of pods- in house -a while ago even though they were marked $9. I let them know when they were ringing them and our breakfast order up but was charged that anyway.
