I went to several bridal shops in Calgary, but grew up in Okotoks so I decided to give Cottonwood a try. By far the best experience, customer service, and selection of dresses. All of the staff were absolutely amazing, so helpful, patient, gave great advice. They were very accommodating about making different appointment times work for us. If I could rate my experiences at Cottonwood Bridal 10 stars I would. The store is so perfectly quaint and cozy, yet I never once felt like there was a compromise on selection. It is a bright and welcoming space with tons of natural light. I absolutely loved everything about it!
