Absolutely amazing experience. I personally hate shopping and dresses but the staff made me feel comfortable and heard. Grace was amazing and worked one on one with me listening to every concern and preference i had. I found the dress and am so happy with the care and attention we received at this shop. 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone! (Even drove 2 hours for it due to a recommendation to us! Worth the commute)

I came here recently for a bridal appointment and I left more excited and comfortable than I came in! I hate shopping, especially for clothes, and struggle a lot with confidence in that realm. Grace was absolutely amazing, lighthearted, and sweet. She made me feel SO comfortable, made recommendations, and was just awesome. Im so thankful for that experience. All the ladies were great to deal with afterwards as well. Honestly so very thankful for Grace and the rest of the team we dealt with.

I went here today to find my prom dress and the service i received was beyond perfect Grace was so sweet and helpful and i ended up finding the perfect dress for me within the hour!

We had an appointment with Cottonwood Bridal today and had Erika assist us. We did not choose a dress from this store, but the service, the quality of product, professionalism and kindness far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this boutique for anyone looking for a special event dress, it's a very special experience.
