friendly, fair, knowledgeable! love the service here, and the staff is equally as fantastic
Usually these guys are great, however, on my last visit I was charged $70 to have my check engine light read and be told that they couldn’t further diagnose the issue because their smoke machine was broken. Not exactly sure what I paid for.
They treated us terrific, we were in town on a ski trip when the truck required diagnosed and repaired. Cottonwood Auto Care accepted the job, communicated well and had us on the road in 2 days. Thank you, C. Blackburn
The front desk lady is super fun and nice! After they found out it was my water pump issue, they suggested me to send my car to dealership. They also reminded me to check on my warranty, and my warranty indeed covers the whole fixing! It would cost me a lot of money if they didn't remind me that. They also charged me NOTHING on diagnosing my car. Highly recommended!!!!
