The front desk lady is super fun and nice! After they found out it was my water pump issue, they suggested me to send my car to dealership. They also reminded me to check on my warranty, and my warranty indeed covers the whole fixing! It would cost me a lot of money if they didn't remind me that. They also charged me NOTHING on diagnosing my car. Highly recommended!!!!
These folks were SO helpful, honest, fast, and professional. They fit me in for a look at my Xterra on short notice, and when they determined what my car required they actually pointed me towards another shop nearby that was a better fit for the service + parts I needed. They also gave me an estimate on what they thought the work + parts should cost to help me feel confident going into that next shop.
