I've taken my car to Cottonwood Auto Care for years and have always had a good experience. They're quick and honest. I never feel like I'm being pressured to do things to my car unless it's necessary. I trust them and am grateful to have a local shop to recommend other people to!
Came in for my emissions test and registration renewal. Took about 25 minutes, and I waited in the comfy lobby chairs. Talked to a few of the staff (shoutout to Cindy) who were all so kind! Fast, great service!
I already new my truck was a goner but I brought it to them anyway. They were nice enough to let me know that if it ran after everything they could try it'd seize. They are realistic but kind. My Fiancée's grandfather has been good friends with the owner for years, and never disappointed him. So long as I live in Utah, this will be the place I go!❤️
Cindy was incredibly helpful and friendly. They had my car ready the next day with reasonable prices.
