I am SOOOOOO happy I found this place. I had my car with another mechanic for over 64 days, he kept breaking part after part. When I finally got my car back, the engine light turned on (which wasn’t the problem in the first place) so we looked up some places near us and found them! Just ended up being an O2 sensor that needed to be replaced, and they had it done so fast. We had an outstanding experience with Cottonwood Auto Care. When they learned we were on the last day of our Utah trip before driving back to Minnesota, they made our vehicle a priority. After replacing the battery, alternator, and serpentine belt, we made it back to our VRBO, but the battery light came on again. We returned the next morning, and they quickly diagnosed a faulty alternator, replaced it, and once again got us back on the road right away. My car was diagnosed with needing new CV axels. While driving the car home, I heard a loud noise and lost complete control of my breaks and steering wheel. As you can see in the pictures, the wheel had pretty much come off. The mechanic was available to tow the car back to the shop. They said that they supposedly forgot to screw in a bolt. The next day, they said my car was okay to drive for the weekend. Great work and honest advice about what needs to be done and what does not on my 2019 Hyundai Sonata Sport. I took my list of "recommended" services from a Hyundai dealership and asked Cottonwood what was necessary and what was BS. The staff was good natured and strait forward about their work, and explained clearly what they saw and why they recommended/not recommended a particular service. Gave me full faith in their diagnosis. I will definitely be returning. They are a great local shop that should be supported.
