The apartments are beautiful. The views are some of the best in the city. Why, then, do I give this complex 1 star? I will tell you: the management is deplorable. I called the office 8 times before receiving any response, despite leaving 3 messages. When I went down to the office, the associate who was to show me the apartment was nowhere to be found, despite the scheduled showing time.
