I have had two dogs, one has passed away due to age. The other is doing well. I have used this hospital for both pets. They have taken wonderful care of both. When I hear my dog crying in the back, they come and get me to help calm him. Sometimes in order to fix the dog, some pain is involved. If it's going to be really painful, they will sedate him. They are good, professional and caring workers. I trust them with my little dogs all the time. Joe M.
This review is for the URGENT CARE SIDE. It’s long but I think every review is valuable. The one star is for the amazing receptionist who checked me in. I took in my 3.5lb chihuahua for lethargy and general malaise. She’s about 13, and I did think I might have to put her down that day. THE MOST HORRIBLE VET, RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!! My 1 year old kitten was spayed a little over a week ago at another vet, who is AMAZING. She escaped her cone and opened her spay incision resulting in a hole in her abdomen on a Sunday. Our regular vet was closed. Due to this, we went to Cottonwood Animal Hospital since they were open on Sunday. I had a wonderful experience with vet tech “J” at the Cotttonwood Animal Hospital regarding an exam for my dog. In the past my dog gets a bit nervous with being examined to where other vet techs must muzzle him. She was able to calm him down and do the exam without a muzzle, making this a lot easier on my dog. She is a great asset to this hospital. Thanks “J”!!!!!
