The Customer Service has no manners and very rude called them 2 times.been given another number then another email of a person just to inquire about a property.

Took annual leave and drove 30 miles for a valuation by Ian Axon. No show. Eventually received a call after I chased reception. Was told Ian had had a blow out tyre. Asked for new dates to be sent to me to rearrange. Over two weeks later, nothing received. Poor.
