Absolutely DISGUSTING to wait 3 hours to see a doctor, to do a 10min job.... Seriously.. get your act together.
The wait times are unacceptable!! Last time we waited over 2 hours for a 10 minute follow-up appt after cataract surgery. Takes up your whole day when having to travel from Brooks. Why can't follow-up be done by an Optometrist in Brooks? Will ask for the next eye operation ... The wait times are ridiculous. Dr. Carlsson was highly recommended by the FYEye Clinic in Brooks. My procedure went smoothly and my vision is improved greatly.
Dr. harris while seemingly great when i needed my ear tubes put in, the continued care after was abysmal, he gave false information and caused my condition to get worse without my knowledge until i moved out of his care. he made excuses blaming me for things getting worse and never explained much about what was happening even though i was 17 at the time of seeing him, even after asking him to explain more.
Very good doctor my daughter saw him excellent
Wonderful Dr. He has helped my son and I. Very caring, compassionate, and does not allow you to suffer (tonsillitis, ear aches, etc)
