Booked a property through Airbnb with these guys. The property was sold and booking was cancelled, fair enough. However, they asked me to cancel the booking through Airbnb which would result in me losing 50% of the booking. Then they told me that they can't just cancel it because they would be penalized. Meanwhile, I'm out of pocket. Shady business practices. Avoid.
