Poor service at a worrying time. I had a priority 1 referral to this clinic, the receptionist told me they triage all referrals and would call me with an appointment. No responce from them 10 days later, despite me leaving my number on their message bank during business hours. Went back to my doctor and got a referral to another clinic and received an appointment straight away.
