The service tech that was sent to my home was very nice. I was afraid that I was going to have to replace my entire thermostat he came in and did a complete assesment of my unit and said that I only needed to replace the thermometer in my thermostat. He's honesty saved me alot of money and was very kind. I will use Cotton again in the future.
