Should have really listened to the 1 star reviews. Also if you try contacting corporate by calling or email like I did they do not care you guys and the owners keep saying ''were sorry to hear about your experience'' and ''contact us thru the Link!'' yeah I did that 3 days ago never got a response or an apology. Nothing. All it was, was a sorry generic email saying there sorry my dining experience wasn't great. I would give a negative 1 if I could. I was traveling through College Station and stopped for 2 dinners to take to my neighbors. The first thing I noticed opening the door was “dirty”. After the clerk doubled my price because it was ‘to go’, I canceled the order and just bought a tea to go. She charged my $4.10 for a cup of tea to go! And then had the nerve to ask me if I “wanted the change?” (Which was 90 cents.) after walking out less a 5 dollar bill for the nastiest tasting tea, I poured it out and went to another cafe th... read more

When you go to a restaurant and spend over 20 dollars you would think when you ask for a extra Roll they throw it in instead they wanted to charge me 65 cents for a roll the sixe of a silver dollar.i eaten there several times and asof today no more corporate can take the rolls and stuff them where the sun doesn't shine

Cotton Patch in Cedar Hill food is terrible they cook all of their food in the same grease we ordered fish and fries on yesterday and the fish was so greasy that you can squeeze it out the fries look like they came out of a bag Hush Puppies may have been cooked in the same grease and then I ordered steak fingers and fries and it tasted like it came out the same grease to free fishing fries came out of bad experience first time ever last time ever

It's absolutely ridiculous that I called to confirm my order and it was STILL wrong. The young lady did not give me her name it was a to-go worker on 1/3/25 at around 8:30ish I asked for fried chicken tenders (door dash didn't let me specify on kids item) and BBQ sauce WITH GRAVY. We got grilled chicken and NO gravy. EVERYTHING was cold as heck AND had NO flavor. Complete waste of my money. Never again. Give me my money back please.
