I visited a location on Valentine Day in Temple Tx inside Temple Mall and we(myself and my man) had to abruptly leave because I saw a rat running underneath a booth we were 2 booths over from where it was. I was in disbelief because I love the food there but I will never go again as a matter of fact that experience made me not want to eat out again
I wanted to apologize to the 2 gentlemen I talked to on the phone, and for me not saying what I should have said to them. but this happened while back but just feel like I needed to say this on here. Should have really listened to the 1 star reviews. Also if you try contacting corporate by calling or email like I did they do not care you guys and the owners keep saying ''were sorry to hear about your experience'' and ''contact us thru the Link!'' yeah I did that 3 days ago never got a response or an apology.
