Stormont Vail Lab in Emporia, KS has terrible customer service. Today, my 1 year old son had an appointment, afterwards we were sent to the lab for bloodwork. When we approached the desk, the lab employee rolled her eyes, shook her head and put her head in her palm. She then proceeded to rudely ask for the birthday. She told us since it was Friday, the blood would sit all weekend and our son would likely need to be poked again to get a fresher sample since the truck already took the samples for the day to Topeka.
