Horrible service.... I would not recommend to my worst enemy.... Every about 3 months. Somehow they forget my password and I have to reset everything even though it's saved in my phone and nothing changes. I don't know what's wrong with their system but it really needs to be fixed. Also I paid $800 deposit for my house and $800 deposit for my building but for some reason they will only send a bill for my building and won't send me a bill for my house every month. I have had to put in a couple of service orders regarding our power lines and they have always dispatched someone within the hour. Office personnel has always been helpful and polite. We seldom lose power during storms but the few times we did they were quick to get it restored.
The R.O.W. ppl they use, decided to spray on a very windy/stormy day. The spray was blowing in my face 300'+ away. It immediately killed the Honeysuckles that were just starting to bloom and spread down my fence. Now there is a huge pile of DEAD sticks in front of my house. TERRIBLE looking. Of course they did it on purpose. Who sprays chemicles on a windy day.
The electricity works. The customer service is horrible.
