Real easy to select and order products. Just purchased a Boswell book charkah so of course I had to come here for some fluf to spin. Been spinning for over 40 years (I'm 86) and this will be my first serious attempt at cotton. Got the cinnamon. Wish me luck. LOL Jerry

If you want superb, first class and friendly service, great prices, top quality product an d a great range then this is where you will find it. The kits are great too, I can thoroughly recommend them. You need some help / advice? You get that here too and the response is very fast. Do I like these guys, er, sorry, ladies? And do I recommend them to everyone else? Can't you tell?
I have been a customer of Cotton Clouds since at least 1998 (or earlier ... can't remember when I started). I am a weaver and prefer cotton over any other medium. I have never been disappointed in what I have received. The price is right, the quality is excellent. The service is more than excellent. If I have questions on what I should use for amounts or even for type of yarn, Irene and / or Jodi are always willing to help me. The company and the people have become personal friends.
I am new to learning to weave. I ordered a kit from Cotton Clouds for one of my first projects. I did not understand some of the instructions. Irene responded to my email almost immediately and Jodi took time to call me on the weekend and explain the procedure I didn't understand. Your customer service is beyond outstanding and you have earned a lifetime customer from me. Love the kit, colors and materials. I highly recommend this company!
