UPDATE: I did receive a call back but it was approximately 3 weeks afterwards. I'm happy for them that they are very busy and at least appreciative they did make the time to call me back even though I had already gone with another option. I can't give 5 stars but happy to bump up to 4 based on fabric selections, pricing, location convenience and ultimately getting a call back.
