Love the selection of fabrics and I absolutely love the room in the back with the sale
UPDATE: I did receive a call back but it was approximately 3 weeks afterwards. I'm happy for them that they are very busy and at least appreciative they did make the time to call me back even though I had already gone with another option. I can't give 5 stars but happy to bump up to 4 based on fabric selections, pricing, location convenience and ultimately getting a call back. Very nice selection of fabrics and prices are comparatively reasonable. I was looking forward to finding fabric and having custom draperies made for my home but one poor customer service experience was enough to sway me to other options. IMO customer service should at a minimum be polite and professional. It also should inude the call back if that is what they advise you they need to do. Happily, fabrics have been selected elsewhere, scope of work has increased to include other rooms but everything is on track to be complete... read more
Very affordable. Service was professional and helpful. No charge for reasonable samples with info attached. I was very impressed.
