You know when you've planned to visit a certain restaurant, but it just never seemed to fit the particular circumstance? That was me with Cotto Al Mare. And now I'm a little mad at myself for all the times I didn't go here. The day was very hot, yet the patio was cool. The staff is very attentive, without being overwhelming.
