The warranty company gave me a hard time with my transmission claim, but the shop went above and beyond to get my warranty approved, even though they weren't the ones who originally purchased or installed the transmission. They handled the entire warranty process, installed the replacement transmission, and kept me informed every step of the way. They were honest knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me throughout the process. I can't say enough good things about their customer service. Highly recommended!
Everyone was very knowledgeable, pleasant, patient. They inspected my transmission and other engine diagnostics (for under $80 and that charge is eliminated if they do a repair). They patiently explained what each item meant and the implications of my car’s readings.
Chris was honest and explained what the problem is in details. They made a fluid change but turned out I need a rebuilt for my 2012 Camry. For some reason, I drove the car more and after a while the shudder disappeared. Not sure what happened, but I am willing to drive back after a month for another drain and refill. Great service and honest people

They're awesome! Highly recommended. For context, Jiffy Lube ruined my subaru forester transmission and the subaru dealership quoted me at 10,000 to replace the whole transmission. Durham transmission offered a slightly used transmission for less than half the price quoted by the dealership, with a warranty and great service. Provided frequent updates on progress with service. 10/10 experience.
