Best Transmission worker Cottman Transmisson has a man that works on transmissons named Bob. He is the best person I have ever met that worked on transmissons. He Works hard and does not stop until the transmission 100%. When you go ask for Bob
Bad trans I wouldn't recommend Cottman's to anyone. My husband and I had a 65 mustang that we took there years ago. It took 3 times and a lot of money later before they got it right. They always had some excuse every time we called. We will never go back there again
Didn't Cost Me a Cent I felt that I needed to have my transmission checked because it was, under certain conditions shifting hard. My mechanic, Moe, at Nader's said I should go see Ed at Cottman's. My Ford dealership wanted to charge me $175 to run a two hour transmission check on my '01 Taurus. When I brought it in to Cottman's, Ed allowed me to ride along as he did a road test.
