The team at Cottman is great to work with. They're transparent about the work that needs to be done, how long it will take and how much it will cost. There was a part delay for my work and they immediately let me know - unlike some shops where you have to constantly call to get an update. They also provide a warranty on work, so you can sleep soundly.
This shop and mark are outstanding!! They gave me my best repair experience ever! Use these guys they are so honest and went way out of there way for me!! Above and beyond !!! I’m telling everyone!
I had my car towed to cottman after my transmission died. They had my car for about 4 weeks during which their communication terrible. I’m not exaggerating when I say they never called me back when they said they would. Instead, I was always responsible for contacting them. There were also multiple delays that were poorly communicated. When the repair was eventually completed, I noticed a large dent on my trunk that was not there previously.
