We took our car to Cottman Transmission to get a second opinion. We were told by the previous transmission place our transfer case was leaking and we needed to replace the seals, or it could possibly need a new transfer case. We were also told our plug on the oil pan was leaking. The prior place estimated cost was around $2,300 to fix our car. Exceptional in every way. Cottman's fitted me in for a pretty serious emergency fix on my car while driving through the area. The team went out of their way to figure out and solve the problem; and they kept me informed and educates me from start to finish. It's genuinely refreshing to be able to put myself in the hands of very capable professionals who care about and take pride in the quality of their work and in the value they provide their customers. Brought my Tundra in today for what I thought was a transmission issue. Was just an O2 sensor, but Stan and his crew took great care of me. They swapped the sensor, but when the issue persisted they did a full on wire trace and had to pull the dash to repair properly, but they did it at no extra cost. They stuck to the estimate, and were super upfront. These guys went above and beyond.
