RecommendedProfessional service, excellent customer service, and a very fair price.
I went to Cottman with major transmission issues. At no charge they spent two days fully investigating the issues. They pinpointed the problem and fixed it in a timed manor. They even had a loaner car I used free of charge during the process. Mike the manager was very friendly and kept me informed during the process. Could not give them a higher recommendation. The people at Coffman are so friendly and nice!! They will work with you on payment plans. I have never had a problem with them! Sending out some prayers to Mike at Coffman who had a stroke! I hope he gets better real soon!!
I didn't really know this part of town or where to take my truck for an honest and reliable repair, but Cottman was recommended to me. I was very pleasantly surprised with this establishment. The guys were very informative and got the work done fast! I will be a customer for life!
I'm not one to rave about something or someone unless they truly have worked for the praise. I have been taking both our cars and now a third to Nick and Mike for many years now. I love that Mike(the manager) is not pushy, he's willing to put the repairs needed into a priority listing for you and doesn't try to get you to fix it if it isn't broken!! I feel better that he's looking out for my safety as well as my wallet. Thank You
