I had a great experience at Cottman in LaPlace. I had to take my van there in early October. There's no avoiding the high cost of a transmission repair, so I was prepared for that. What made it more bearable was Rob, who assisted me from the beginning to the end of the process. He was very thoughtful and thorough. He explained everything, including their warranty, completely.
