I'm terrible with names, but the guy that manages the place was very helpful and courteous. I had hit a deer on the way home, and had taken my car to several places to get it repaired, but only these people were willing to take care of me when others didn't. If I had gone to an actual body shop, it would have cost more to fix, so they were able to save me a few(hundred) bucks.
John was absolutely fantastic! Our daughter had just purchased a vehicle in CO and had to leave it with us in TX over Christmas when she was on leave from the Army because there was an oil leak and the lot she bought it from in CO refused to do anything about it. We went to a dealership of the make vehicle she has and they quoted $5k to fix! The price seemed out of line. We went to Cottman and they did a thorough evaluation of the vehicle and found that not everything the dealership said needed to be replaced actually needed... read more
