From the moment I stepped in the door, they were nothing but helpful to me. They explained the issue with my vehicle on a level that I actually understood! I was able to have a very nice sit down conversation with the owner. Who, by the way, was in between several tasks! But, he took that time for me! If you have trouble with your transmission, please take it to Cottman!!!

Terrible customer service! They had an emergency 2 weekends ago and didnt open the shop....apparently they couldn't even call to let scheduled customers know?? Once my husband talked to someone he was told he'd be given a discount and to bring the truck back. ....we dropped it off last night are sitting in the parking lot right now to get it....guess what once again they never touched it!
