Worst customer service ever. The guy a the front office is rude and very unprofessional. First I brought my car on Wednesday November 10th around 12pm. The engine light was on and transmission is slipping, he told me that he should be able to check my car and give me an answer by the end of the day since he had 7 cars ahead of me. Worst customer service ever, the tweaker methhead manager Corey, cursed at us, we spent 3700$ and he messed up my transmission, i tried to bring it in7 times over months, he was to busy to look at it, he wants 650$ just to look at it, DO NOT GO TO THIS COTTMANS, Corey is a liar and crook i have video footage of our expirience...if anyone in corporate is interested...
My car was jerking, it only happened twice in nine days, so I took it to Cottman transmission to check it out, only to get my car back and it was running so bad I had to put my car in neutral when I came to a stop, and it was making a real bad grinding noise, my car was running find before I took it there. I know they did something to my car so that I would have to bring it back to them to fix. I called them when I made it back home, the manager told me it would cost me from $2,700.00 to 5,400.00 to repair the transition. I ... read more
