Worst customer service ever. The guy a the front office is rude and very unprofessional. First I brought my car on Wednesday November 10th around 12pm. The engine light was on and transmission is slipping, he told me that he should be able to check my car and give me an answer by the end of the day since he had 7 cars ahead of me. I don’t recommend this company because I took my car to them on 7-7-20 because my car was shifting hard!! I found them on Angie list! They had good reviews! So that why I thought they would be able to get my car fixed and back to me!! Well that didn’t happen, because they first said it was the coil block so the put one on!! But that wasn’t it? So then he said he thought it was the sensory board well now that’s not it so he told me that he was going to order a rebuild computer and that was like 2 weeks after my car was still ... read more

When you came in we informed you which service we would like to proceed with to identify the problem, and after you OK'd this, we proceeded. Unfortunately, we were not able to identify what the issue was. You gave us another week to check what might be going on and we informed you that a computer needed to be ordered.
