RecommendedIt is always scary reading mixed reviews. My vehicle is in their shop now. So far they have tried to explain everything to expect prior to working on it and feel like being up front. We took our 2004 Honda Civic LX to be evaluated for a hard shifting symptoms back in the cold weather days a month ago. Jim and his crew at Cottman did a fine job replacing parts on that type of specialty repair. The pricing was better than expected and the warranty the offers on that vehicle are very fair. Jim at cottman transmission repaired my transmission coolent lines at no cost and no appointment. Even though he did not have to, but he put all of his other jobs to the side and set me as a priority because I could not bring it back the following day. They have great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone!

My tranny has blown up 4 times in the last 6 months I finally had to take it to aamco and pay more money to get it fixed right and it only took a day and a half to get it back!!
