I initially fell for John Annunzio's (Cottman Glass owner) self-aggrandizing, supercilious, haughty, fussy for show only ("I'm so precise, I'm the best, blah, blah, blah"), high strung, customer unfriendly BS and sadly used him twice, for what I now know were wildly overpriced quotes for a shower surround and multiple closet mirrored sliding glass doors.
